A long believe to be happy forever ending story turning soar as Dell’s investor Carl Icahn is suing the company and its board. Activist investor Icahn has filed suit against Dell and its board of directors over an attempt to stopping the company founder and CEO Michael Dell from taking the company private.

Dell which earlier asked company’s founder Michael Dell to increase the offer struck now as board not relieved over Michael Dell’s $26.6 billion buyout offer, but Icahn who itself interested much over to grab the deal not looking up for any further delays in the shareholder special meeting which will take final decision over privatisation as the meeting was originally scheduled for June 18 which now being pushed back.
