Instagram 4.1 Update Allows You To Import Video From Library, Brings Video To ICS Users

Instagram today announced the release of its app updated version, bringing it to Instagram 4.1. The updated version will allow you to import videos from your library, automatic straightening for iOS, and video on Instagram for Ice Cream Sandwich. You can download the updated version directly via Apple’s App Store and Google Play.

Here is an official changelog:

  • Import Video from Library: Now you can upload videos from your phone’s media library and share them to Instagram. Once you selected the video clip you can import, trim it down in parts or do totally the way you like.
  • Automatic Straightening for iOS: This will bring straight photos instantly to you. The time when you take a photo with the in-app camera, you can tap the new Straighten icon and your photo will get corrected to that level.
  • Video on Instagram for Ice Cream Sandwich: Video for Instagram is now available for those who are using Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
