Back on May 15th, the HTC One X and Evo 4G LTE faced an import delay by US customs over patent-infringement concerns. The company has issued an update on its investor relations site, claiming that “some of our products have passed review and have been delivered to our telecoms operators’ clients in the US.” HTC also says that “we don’t have the status of each specific device model at this time, but are working closely with customs,” although it is “confident that this issue will be resolved soon.”
