China Daily reports that hackers have started to put their hands on the nation’s online banking and payment facilities in order to gain illegal profit as more people frequently visits these platforms. The technology information specialist Beijing Rising said in its report that “As online shopping and banking businesses become increasingly popular in the country, a large number of hackers are eyeing e-transaction services in a bid to gain illegal profit.” The report also said that “Phony banking and shopping websites were major sources of phishing attacks.” Chinese users needs to be careful as more and more such things accounting these days from hackers who are in full attempt to loot the nation’s e-commerce platforms.
