Google today announced that it has redesigned Google+ notifications and it now supports syncing across devices. Starting from today, with an updated Google+ app version, you can now much easily able to send notifications across mobile and desktop. This means when you read a notification on one device, the search giant will let you read on other devices. Along with, the company has also updated a new bell icon which lets you know if anything’s waiting for you while you can also see an updated notification tray which will separates the unread from previously-read items.
