With this continuously swing up and down in the past, Google today officially announced the Google Now iOS version, bringing weather and traffic conditions, updates on your sports team and more. The app is being compatible with both the iPhone and iPad. “The types of Google Now cards available are largely the same on both platforms,” says Baris Gultekin, Director of Product Management for Google Now.
“As you use those products more, Google Now will have more chances of understanding what your information needs are,” Gultekin adds. “Also, as you use the product more we’ll learn what types of contents you find valuable and tune the product, it’s a nice virtuous cycle.”
You can download the app, which is available directly from the Apple App Store.
