Google over the weekend has introduced Zavers, a digital coupon solution enabling retailers and manufacturers to reward loyal customers with coupons revealing them, letting increase in basket size as well as redemption rates. The Zavers’ real-time data will give manufacturers new ways to measure coupon redemptions and analyze consumer preferences managing distribution, tailor campaigns, and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
Zavers will let shoppers find manufacturer discounts on their favourite retailer website, and can save the digital coupons to their accounts, which allow them to shop simply for those products and check out as usual. Since the redemption occurs in real time, with automatically deducted at checkout the time when shoppers provides their rewards cards or phone numbers while manufacturers will only pay when a product being sold out.
