Gmail

Google today announced an interesting, rather small update to search in Gmail. The update, Gmail autocomplete gets search history and contact thumbnails i.e. if you have been searched your email for say “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious” or other lengthy phrases, with the update now it would be easier to find what you are looking for. The new feature will take you to your past Gmail searches.

The company says that the past searches as well as the new contact thumbnails will be seen rolling out to all Gmail users worldwide, including Google Apps for Business customers, over the next few days although this is not the first time that Google has been pushing search improvements, but considering this update, it brings on something cheesy out, bringing the Gmail searches to the next level.
