When we were young, we were told to stay away from video games. Ok, we did not follow what we were told but gaming time was limited. Video games were associated with a lot of things that could go wrong. Eyes, brain and what not, but look at us now. We got along well. And now research finds time to tell us that gaming is good for you.
Check this infographic from Liberty games that lists so many instances where gaming has helped people reduce stress and anxiety in workplaces. All games on the list are probably not the ones we played when we were small. There are also some games that are helping sick children get better and if a video game can do that. Kudos to its makers.
