The feature works by migrating bookmarks, passwords, cookies and form data to a new default profile, followed with killing the previous one and you have got a fresh and clean Firefox installation without troubleshooting it. The feature is available in Firefox 13 beta and is meant for Windows, Mac and Linux users.
