But the social giant opening its first Middle East office in Dubai next week, Associated Press reports – the UAE is considered as the Silicon Valley of the region so giving it such a start will be the best part. Facebook has some 30 offices worldwide, but doesn’t list any in the Arab world. It teamed with Cairo-based advertising company Connect Ads in 2010 to better reach advertisers in the region.
