Everything Everywhere Announces £50 Million Investment Programme, Retrain Customer Service Staff

Everything Everywhere, the joint venture between Deutsche Telekom and France Telecom, today announced a £50 million investment programme. The program becomes first in UK to re-design customer services around handset operating systems. The company – which runs Orange and T-Mobile in the UK – will launch development academy to deliver new era of training for up to 12,000 employees. The company says the new service approach is rolling out following trials that demonstrated “dramatic improvements” in issue resolutions.
