Apple coming into light again but not probably for all good reason but due to an “unacceptable” advertising of warranties that does led for EU Justice Chief to ask the entire European Union minister to do so. Bloomberg is reporting that Justice Chief has asked EU’s all twenty seven states to examine the Cupertino-based giant advertising of product-warranty practices.

“Apple prominently advertised that its products come with a one-year manufacturer warranty but failed to clearly indicate the consumers’ automatic and free-of-cost entitlement to a minimum two-year guarantee under EU law,” Reding said to ministers in the letter, which was obtained by Bloomberg News. “These are unacceptable marketing practices.”
