eMarketer: Google Earns More US Display Advertising Revenues, Topping The Market With 15.4% Share

Well, no doubt the time we are going through, advertising is the best tool to monetize the things over the web, but the main challenge start among those internet giants like that of Google and others who are in the same run from quite long time.

According to eMarketer latest estimates, Google will earn more US display advertising revenues than any other company this year with topping the market with 15.4% share. This means Google now holds more share than any other company in each of the US search, display and mobile advertising markets.

The search giant is expected to take about $2.31 billion in US display ad revenue this year, up 38.5% from $1.67 billion in 2011. While, Facebook, by comparison, will earn $2.16 billion in US display ad revenues this year, up 24.4% from $1.73 billion last year. This year, the overall US display ad market will grow 21.5% to $14.98 billion from $12.33 billion in 2011.
