In over past few months, both Apple and Samsung have been asking the court to add additional products in their ongoing legal battle, and today US Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal agreed on Samsung’s request to include the iPhone 5 as according to it, Apple has infringed on several of its standards-essential patents. While, on other end, Apple accused Galaxy Note 10.1 with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean version on board in its hit list. “Apple should think twice before opposing similar amendments reflecting other newly released products, e.g. the iPad 4 and the iPad mini, that Samsung may propose in the future,” Grewal said in the ruling.
