With European Union last week authorized Cisco to acquire its $5 billion purchase of the television software developer NDS, the company today announced that it has completed the acquisition of NDS. Cisco back in March 15, 2012 announced a definitive agreement to acquire NDS. Cisco as part of the deal will acquire NDS’s operations in China, France, Israel, India and the UK with the TV software developer 5,000 employees who will join Cisco.
