Yahoo which were recently seen dropping from the case by Indian courts over the complaints saying that Internet companies are not taking responsibilities for user-posted content – adding today to this case against Microsoft too get dropped after Indian court has terminated the proceedings. In the same run both Google and Facebook will petition the court on May 3rd and in the same urge they too are hoping that the case against them too get terminated as both the respective search and social giant have previously removed content from their site that has been flagged.
