Most people have different definitions of happiness, especially if they are in different life situations. But regardless of their life situation most of them are convinced that money is the key to happiness. They think that their life would be happier with each item they purchase. But do you know anyone for whom that has worked? Do you really think that rich people never need to worry? Yes, they can buy everything they want, but can they buy health if they are sick?  No matter how rich the person is they can always be lonely, anxious or sad. Money is not cure for everything.

For different people happiness can mean various different things. While someone wants to get a job, someone else desperately wants to have a baby and somebody wants to travel around the world. Key is to find what makes you happy. But as you see, things we usually want are not possessions and material things. Material things tend to fade away, but memories will always stay with us. Experiences like traveling, adventure, events or group activities are what actually make people happy.

Well, it is not like it’s a bad idea to have money we could use for some experience that will make us happy. That is money well spent as long as you use it to get to your happiness. If you have always wanted to learn how to prepare a sushi why wouldn’t you try to buy your happiness with money and sign up on some course? Not only you could learn to do something you have always wanted but you could also meet new people that share your interests.
