Hope you remember folks that back in mid-July i.e. during this month only, UK judge ordered Apple to publicly state on its site that Samsung didn’t copy the iPad, seems like the story taken a U-turn, at least this is what we can believe as of now. According to Bloomberg, the Cupertino-based giant need not put up the line on its site that called to be as an embarrassing ruling. “No company likes to refer to a rival on its website,” said Apple’s lawyer Richard Hacon following the initial ruling. Well, with this at least Apple get some relief but still you never know what in this cat-rate race who will win, although both these companies are great partners both in good time as well as bad time.
