It’s an app day today; the latest to get updated its Bing desktop application. Microsoft’s Bing desktop application has updated with two major updates: increased language support and the ability to run on any Windows XP or newer version. Bing through its blog stated that it is “known for [its] iconic homepage images,” i.e. the company has taken the Bing background images at par importance this time and even has added a download button to the Bing homepage.
Even more, if a user prefer to have the search box docked to the top of the screen it will slide up out of view until the time your mouse hovers over it, revealing an edge. All you have to do is to click on the edge and get the whole search back, or can opt for second option, click and drag and move the search bar to the desired location on the screen. You can also click on the Bing Desktop icon on the Start bar, Task tray or Windows 8 Start screen accessing the search bar.
