Although there is much hype in the market that Apple going to announce new iPhone on September 12th, Reuters reporting that Bernstein Research Tuesday wrote that the Cupertino-based giant may be considering a stock split i.e. increasing the number of shares units. The move will result in leading the company’s inclusion in the Dow Jones Industrial Average. There are no reasons provided as well as no official announcement made which will hint why Apple might take such a move, resulting in doubling the number of shares the company having. We keep an eye on it and will inform as soon as we get further updates on same.
