Baidu Updates Maps Service, Lets Friends To Chat And Share In Real-Time

Chinese search giant Baidu has announced a new updated version of its maps service today which let users to chat and share their real-time location, reports Tencent Tech. The new version will be available for Android on coming Tuesday or Wednesday, while the iOS version will be available when Apple’s App store approved it.

The publication says that with the location-sharing capability, users can even invite friends into a group where they can track locations of them as well as chat with them at the same time. While keeping security in mind, each group-sharing session will automatically get expired too within two hours.
