Earlier we noted that the 32GB variant of the Asus Transformer Pad 300 shown up at French online retailer Tablette Store. The tablet is listed for pre-order at a price of €499 although no release date is provided. PCWorld reports that an Asus spokesperson revealed that the product will begin shipping on April 22nd in the United States, though they declined to offer any pricing information. The Android 4.0 tablet — which is expected to come in red, blue, and white — includes a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 IPS display, a 1.2GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear-facing shooter, and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. Online retailer J&R, had the 32GB model of the device listed at $399.
