Reuters reports that over the Apple’s request for an injunction against Samsung’s eight smartphones has moved further from its original date of September 20 to December 6. But, still the date of September 20 being used and repurposed in order to decide whether to remove the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales ban or not.
Apple last week only awarded $1.05 billion in damages after Samsung found guilty of copying features of both iPhone and iPad. The request to consider Apple’s permanent injunction will be consider in December. The verdict brings shaking results for companies in stock markets as shares tumbled Monday.
