Apple Is In Works To Support iAd Platform For Its iRadio Music Service

With we are just a week away from Apple’s WWDC 2013, the Cupertino-giant hopes to reinvent its iAd platform for free, ad-supported iRadio service, reports Bloomberg. The publication says that the Apple’s business unit who has been looking iAd business will be supporting the new digital-radio service, which the company plans to debut as early as June 10.

Although the music service won’t be publicly available until later this year, till the time when Apple’s iOS 7 will be out. While on one end, Apple has been finalizing the deal with music companies over streaming deal, on the other side, the company has been negotiating with advertising companies including Omnicom Group (OMC) that will run campaigns on the radio service.
