With the request made with UK Court of Appeal last week, Apple corrects “inaccurate” Samsung apology, adding it now clearly to its UK website homepage. Apple had originally just placed a link saying Samsung/Apple UK judgement, over which Samsung filed a complaint, result of which now the Cupertino giant has updated the statement with the following:
On 25 October 2012, Apple Inc. published a statement on its UK website in relation to Samsung’s Galaxy tablet computers. That statement was inaccurate and did not comply with the order of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales.
