Amazon Reportedly Working On Smartphones, Including 3-D Screen

Amazon reportedly expanding beyond its Kindle devices range, working towards developing its whole new wide-range of gadgets, including two smartphones and an audio-only streaming device, reports The Wall Street Journal.

The Journal citing people familiar with the company’s plan suggests that one of the devices is a high-end smartphone comprising a screen allowing for three-dimensional images without glasses while with retina-tracking technology on board, the images on the smartphone would seem to a float above the screen.

The Amazon’s Lab126 facility where each of these devices have been under development, the devices are given the code name as Project A, B, C and D or all together as the Alphabet Projects. The publication also suggests that company having planned to launch some of these devices in the coming months.
