DigitTimes is reporting that Acer will launch its PCs equipped with Acer cloud storage, its personal cloud computing service in North America and Greater China next month in April. AcerCloud is Acer’s cloud computing service for sharing pictures, documents, music and video among all Acer devices. For the other markets, according to the company it will be out in the fourth quarter of 2012. Acer also reportedly plans for 30-40% of the devices it sells to work with AcerCloud by the end of the year and will support Windows and Android for the time being and iOS in the near future.
