Acer Announces Free Cloud Service “AcerCloud”, Showed Ultrabook S5

With the upcoming International Consumer Electronic Show (CES) is round the corner, Acer held a press conference in Las Vegas where it announces its Cloud service, called as AcerCloud.

The service allows users to connect all personal smart devices for anytime, anywhere resources. Users can retrieve multimedia and data files, even also the when the PC is on sleep mode. AcerCloud has three main parts: AcerCloud Docs, PicStream and clear.fi Media. They are for documents, photos and multimedia.

“AcerCloud not only provides the simplicity and efficiency when accessing and sharing data, but it’s also free with a new Acer PC”, said by Acer Inc. president Jim Wong. It will be bundled on all Acer consumers PC starting Q2 2012. The service will be available in America, Europe, Asia and China first.

Acer earlier also announces its upcoming thinnest Ultrabook “The Aspire S5”.
