90% Of Employees Will Use Social Recruiting in 2012

The social world, this is what in which we are living these days, so as why not to think recruiting the right people through this medium. The social sourcing application nowadays helps companies to find relevant talent through employee referrals, social networks and the web. And that social media recriminating is starting a standard, this is what a new report which suggests that the recruiting software provider Jobvite has published a new report which states that by 92 percent of U.S companies are using social networks and media to find new talent in 2012. Facebook and even twitter with its 140-character updates are catching up; nevertheless Jobvite found that social media recruiting has proved to be beneficial for many businesses by opening up the candidate pool by a much wider net. And that to for examples over 90% of employees will use social recruiting in 2012.
