With shares soaring down, Zynga loses another company head over to the start-up, Zynga’s CTO of mobile, Laurent Desegur been hired by Game Closure. Desegur will join the Game Closure as a VP of Mobile Engineering. Before Zynga, Desegur was CTO at Big Fish Games. The new shares forced Zynga’s shares down in afternoon trading, falling nearly 50 cents, or 7.2 percent, to trade at $6.14 a share, a new low.
