As expected, big story coming this morning, The Wall Street Journal citing “person familiar with the matter” reports that Microsoft is all set to buy business-software Company and the deal would be of more than $1 billion. There is no information yet that when the deal will take place or announced. Yammer —launched in 2008— often known as Facebook for the workplace and is web-based software which lets employees work together on projects and share information in an environment. Yammer has said it has more than four million corporate users, only 20% of which are paying for Yammer services. Probably, hoping that this over $1 billion Microsoft shopping will be worth of and payback to the giant.
