Yahoo today made two acquisitions back-to-back. The first acquisition was of GoPollGo polling services while the second acquisition was of Milewise. Both the companies announced the news of acquisition via their website. The financial terms of either of deal were not disclosed.
GoPollGo noted that since the acquisition has been take place, effective from now onwards, it will “no longer be supporting GoPollGo’s properties on the site, embeddable widgets or mobile app,” while MileWise also mentioned via its website that it will be shutting down its service.
