The Verge is reporting that Microsoft planning to unveil its next-generation Xbox at an event in May. The publication revealed on confirming the words of Windows watcher Paul Thurrott who stated that the event will take place on May 21st although the original event was planned for April 24th. The “sources familiar with Microsoft’s Xbox plans” revealed that the event will be a small venue event and will focus on providing initial details of the next Xbox (codenamed Durango).
The company is expected to unveiled the full gaming console hardware by this year itself, will believe that the details will be out at the E3 event, scheduled for early July. The company event recently detailed that Xbox next instalment is part of its agenda for the upcoming Build conference. Surely, this is going to be build, as somehow or completely, the next instalment of Xbox will be built by keeping Windows 8 in focus.
