WordPress App For Windows 8 Launched: With Metro Interface And Freshly Pressed Content

With the Microsoft’s Windows 8 Consumer Preview released yesterday, a lot of applications too are making their way rounding up all around, among the app list; there is one app for world’s most liked blogging platform, WordPress, released its app for Windows 8 followed up after the software giant’s great event. The app which has been built completely in the Metro look as that of the Windows 8 coincides with the Windows 8 Consumer Preview.

WordPress and team has built up some special features that once the users signed in to their accounts they can like and reblog posts from freshly pressed or follow a blog to subscribe to it in the WordPress.com reading. Along with reblogging, users can share content from any app in Windws 8 to the blog. With the Freshly Pressed over on Windows 8 “semantic zoom” gesture in the WordPress.com app to see a quick overview of the app by dates.
