Fred Wilson, a New York-based venture capitalist and blogger shed some light today at TechCrunch’s Disrupt conference in New York. Wilson for Yahoo’s ex-CEO said: “Scott Thompson was a terrible CEO for Yahoo!” whereas for Twitter, he said: “It’s very much the wishes of the board and the management to stay independent.” While for DuckDuckGo, he said: “We invested in it because there is a need for a private search engine.
