A federal court in Seattle issued a ruling against Motorola by preventing the company for at least now from enforcing a ban in Germany on the sales of Microsoft products implementing the H.264 codec standard. Microsoft filed the petition back in March end asking the US court to issue a temporary restraining order to prevent Motorola over on this. What sounds definitely out of box here to you is that a US court issued a ruling to control Motorola’s actions outside of the US which is in actual still not issued by a German court – isn’t it is interesting.
