Under the new subsidiary, the company includes technology licensing division, corporate functions and most of its patent portfolio. The restructuring is expected to complete during the first fiscal quarter of 2013. The company in its last move had won 4G spectrums for four of India’s 22 telecoms zones in 2010 auction. The company said in a statement it was not responsible for the delay in getting the internet license, adding the delay was caused by the ministry’s objection to its application.
