Twitter today announced that it is finally rolling out the two-step account verification. “Today we’re introducing a new security feature to better protect your Twitter account: login verification,” the company blog reads. Twitter being in news for quite some time due to continuous increase in news over account compromised and such security level is quite essential.
To start with, you can enable this feature via the Twitter settings menu for any account that contains both a confirmed email address as well as a verified phone number. Once activated, you will be asked to enter a six-digit code sent to your mobile phone through SMS once you sign in with your username and password.
