According to a report on Wired, Twitter is reportedly working on a two-factor authentication system. The publication shared that the micro-blogging giant is currently testing the new security system, currently at an internal level before making it to roll out publicly. It does seem that there is a huge need of such a system with following report of AP Twitter account hacked yesterday.

Although, Twitter had not confirmed anything yet about the rumor, but if the news come into true, and then the company will join a list of tech companies who already have the two-factor authentication in place. With ever since, Twitter turning out to be a favorite way of communication for many people, such security measure needs definitely to take place.

More news on the way over the matter, well stay tuned with us and will update accordingly.
