Twitter announced today that it has acquired the world’s largest mobile ad exchange network, MoPub. MoPub is known well for allowing mobile application publishers to manage their inventory and to optimize multiple sources of advertising in a single product. The MoPub team will work together with Twitter team while the deal terms are not disclosed yet.
Kevin Weil, Twitter’s VP of Revenue Product, shared that MoPub team has built a huge mobile ad exchange while the focus they put in on providing transparency to advertisers and publishers goes same way as that of Twitter. Well added further that [Twitter] will continue to invest and improve their core business.
