Twitter Acquire Video Sharing Company Vine For An Undisclosed Amount

AllThingsD reports that the micro-blogging giant Twitter has bought a video sharing company Vine for an undisclosed amount. Although, the deal was first presented by Peter Kafka and Mike Isaac as an “acqui-hire,” later it has being told that the product could still launch at some point.

“Vine is the best way to capture and share video on your iPhone. No editing. No rendering. No post-production. Video has never been this fun,” Vine’s landing page describes. If Vine had launched, it will definitively going to have other plenty of competition from other video-sharing services.

Well, we are keeping a close deal on what actual price Twitter paid for the company, as soon as we have words will update.
