If you are now in the beginning of your thirties, believe us: you had an awesome childhood. Amazing computers, consoles, video games and the most truly awesome gadgets the world has ever seen. You might even sound like your parents when you think about it: “I remember when I played that game in my Mega Drive” or “That Nintendo NES was so cool…”. It doesn’t matter because you are talking about a revolution!

This was such an epic time that people from the four corners of the world currently spend their money trying to collect memorabilia from the old good days. We are talking about gadgets like the Atari 2600 or Gameboy, some of the stars of the retro tech market that help us remind the past. Technology moves at such a quick pace these days that feel pretty good to remember the happy times when we sat in the living room and fought with our brother for the right and honor of being ‘player 1’.

Now, we see new phones and tablets literally coming out every week. There’s so much choice it becomes hard to select one. That’s why we love the old times and almost understand how one person can spend over $650,000 in a relic like a working Apple 1 model, one of the six that exist in the world. We might as well acknowledge our geekiness and pay homage to these gadgets.

That is why we invite you to see our latest infographic, which features the most famous gadgets from the past and how much are they worth in auction. You will be surprised with some values. Maybe you can take this chance and clean your attic: who know what you might find there? True treasures – like your old console or your first computer – might be buried under old furniture and pounds of dust.
