Smoothies made of fruits are very popular now and all are so easy to prepare. Just collect grab pieces of bananas, berries, and apples, and blend them altogether with ice using medium to high speed. You may add some milk and sweeteners if you want to.

Yogurt

When you pick your choices carefully you can offer yourself a tasty and healthy treat. If you are in a hurry and do not have time to prepare a complete meal, yogurt is one of the best ingredients you can serve for breakfast or snack. Among the best flavors are vanilla, berries, and lemon. Make sure to check its label and pick those that contain fewer calories and fats. Serve while cold.
