Although HTC today hit high with scoring profit of $970 million for the month of May, Bloomberg is reporting that the company’s COO becomes the latest high-ranking executive to depart. The publication reports that Matthew Costello leaving his position after just less than three years of joining the company.

Fred Liu, president of engineering and operations will take on Costello’s responsibilities. Costello will stay on as an executive adviser after moving to Europe. This is the third HTC executives who will leave the company in recent weeks, following HTC Asia CEO Lennard Hoornik and global digital service head Elizabeth Griffin departure.

It might be surprising especially when HTC really hit high; the news like this comes into picture. Have to see what more to see on HTC store.
