In order to offer “improved stability,” Samsung has released an update for its Galaxy S III smartphones, Slashgear reports (via Engadget). The update will also promise to add a brightness slider to the drop-down menu notifications. The update weighs a total of 72.68MB, allowing end users to toggle automatic brightness adjustment and do adjust the brightness using a slider. There is also an “Auto” setting with the update if in order you don’t want to constantly adjust it. The update is meant for all the carriers across different parts of world, but there is still no confirmed information how and when it would start going rolling.
