Although Apple hit huge high with booking 2 million iPhone 5 units on pre-order basis, but its long time rival (or love), Samsung said that it will likely to file a motion with a court in United States so as to include the Cupertino-based recently launched iPhone 5 device as part of its ongoing suit against it, if in case the device is suspected of infringing any of Samsung’s patent, reports Reuters.

“Samsung anticipates that it will file, in the near future, a motion to amend its infringement contentions to add the iPhone 5 as an accused product,” the note explains. “Based on information currently available, Samsung expects that the iPhone 5 will infringe the asserted Samsung patents-in-suit in the same way as the other accused iPhone models.”
