The war between the two biggie giants Apple and Samsung not only limited to legal woes, but is more than that as according to a The Korean Times report today suggests that Samsung’s Display Business unit is all set to terminate its LCD panel deal with Apple. The publication says that the South-Korean giant will cut its multi-year deal with Apple “as it believes its American partner is no longer a cash-generator due to the iPhone maker’s stiffer supply-chain management structure.” An unnamed “senior Samsung source” told the publication reporter that “We are unable to supply our flat-screens to Apple with huge price discounts. Samsung has already cut our portion of shipments to Apple and next year we will stop shipping displays.”
