Turning the rumors down, Samsung today announced the much-anticipated Galaxy S4 Mini. This high-end Android smartphone comes equipped with a smaller 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, alongside 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and a 1900 mAh battery. On storage front, it includes only 5GB of memory while there is also an option for microSD slot for up to 64GB of additional storage. The device is equipped with an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, alongside a 1.9-megapixel snapper on the front.
