BlackBerry maker Research In Motion although had gone though one of the worst results it ever had expected, further with an increase mounting list of firing 5,000 employees and over the top delaying the BlackBerry 10 by giving up silly reasons, taking the story to the next level, Reuters is reporting that the company’s board is under huge “mounting pressure” to do something really fast as no one can save RIM.

The options currently on the table include selling off the software services division which runs the back-end for BlackBerry smartphones. The publication citing “sources” states that Microsoft had approached RIM to switch to Windows Phone (probably on the same tone as that of Microsoft indulge Nokia in Windows Phone partnership), but board wants to give Heins a chance to move with BlackBerry 10 launch instead.

This one certainly big if we think of Microsoft’s option to RIM for adopting its own Windows Phone platform, earlier last year Nokia opt for the platform and what it get a clear studded things that still creating mess for the Finnish mobile giant, but now if RIM, not now, but say certainly in the future opt for Windows Phone platform, does there are chances that led to the same mess happened for RIM also. No doubt, quite possible.
